This hotel has been an amazing find for our stay in Trichy. Staff are professional and very friendly, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean, our bed was the most comfortable we've had in 3 weeks in India. There are even several English TV channels. The location is convenient to explore the town. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was great, as were both dinners we had there. We really appreciate the late check-out offered due to a pm train departure. Not to be mixed up with Hotel Mayas a few doors east. Good value for money, international card payment accepted

I booked thru booking.com; they called me directly and confirmed my arrival time etc. I told them i am reaching only by 3pm on 20th and i requested a late check out on 21st. they said they would charge me nominally as they were quite free my train was late and they called me multiple times before i reached, as soon as i reached they asked me for full payment Rs. 3696 and they sent us to the room, we had booked a room with triple occupancy, the room was only a double with a kids bed on the side...no sheets or extra towels provided!! next day when i asked them for late check out they said they will charge me for full day! I was very surprised and shocked...we were forced to chcek out and book another hotel for half day...they did not keep their promise! the front desk day time staff and the owner( i think) were rude...not pleasant at all!! I will probably never stay with them again and not refer them to anyone!!

Though a comfortable stay as two other guests of the hotel mentioned the owner did extract as much as he can on the last day. It gives you a bitter feeling and the comfort of the previous days are lost. The free breakfast was not provided andabove that high price charged asking additional fee than what was agreed upon. Better to use third party for bookin do not go direct with this hotel.

The worst hospitality service ... Worst in room service... Rude persons in reception... Not even a towel in room.. Try to cheating guests saying meaningless reasons and asking extra money... Best avoid this hotel...

Good choice for staying in Trichy. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff very helpful and location is not far from the main attractions. A plus is the restaurant just outside the hotel. I suggest to contact directly the hotel for having a good price.
